'Naruto Shippuden: Ninja Storm 4': New Trailer Shows Kaguya Using Dimensional Jutsu

She appears two minutes into the trailer. She is not confirmed as a playable character but she does appear as an in-game character. Therefore, it is speculated that she will in fact be a playable character.

In the trailer, we see Madara Uchiha and Obito Uchiha in their Rikodou forms using their Jutsu, which, by the way, look devastating. At the end of the trailer, a title reading "The Worshipped Goddess & The Mother of All Chakra" appears and Kaguya finally makes her entrance, stating, "All chakra belongs to me. It's time to unite it all again."

In the trailer, she uses many of her Jutsu from the manga, including bringing about acid to attack her enemy.

Herve Hoerdt, vice president of marketing and digital at Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, said about the game:

People who purchase first-print copies of 'Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' in Japan will receive four new playable characters. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 already includes the biggest roster out of any Naruto game and now it will also include characters from the next generation.

Buyers will also get three new costumes from 'The Last: Naruto the Movie' for Kakashi (Sixth Hokage costume), Sakura and Hinata.

There will be four playable variations of Madara Uchiha in the game: Living Madara, Reanimated Madara, Jinchuriki Madara and Rikudo Madara. Obito will also have multiple variations: regular Obito, Tobi-Zetsu-Obito, young Obito, Tobi, and Jinchuriki Obito.
